What is this, in plain English?

A one-off project, delivered remotely, that automates documents following a pattern — contracts, quotations, certificates, letters, reports. Up to eight of your templates are wired to your data so they generate themselves, then get routed for review, versioned, and filed where they can be found again.

Most business documents are largely identical from one to the next, with only a handful of fields that genuinely change. This builds templates that fill those variable fields from your systems, sends them through whatever review they need, and files the final version with a searchable index. It also stops the worst document problem there is: three people editing three copies of the same file.

The problem it solves

Every quotation starts as a copy of the last one, with somebody’s old client name still in paragraph four, and the final version lives in one person’s Downloads folder.

FAQs

Can it produce documents in more than one language?

Yes, where you supply the translated template text. We build the mechanism; the translation itself is yours or a translator’s.

Will old documents be imported?

Recent digital documents can be indexed as part of the work. Scanning and OCR of paper archives is a separate project we scope on volume.

Is the legal wording checked?

No. We automate production of the wording you provide. Reviewing whether that wording protects you is a lawyer’s job, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.
