What is this, in plain English?

A batch of promotional pieces designed together in one style: a flyer, a roll-up banner and a set of matching social images, all supplied as digital artwork files.

For a specific push such as an opening, an exhibition or a seasonal offer. The social media brand kit gives you reusable templates for everyday posting; this gives you finished pieces for one campaign, in both print-ready and screen formats. We supply the artwork files only and produce nothing physical: the flyer and banner are printed by a supplier you appoint and pay.

The problem it solves

You have an event in three weeks. The printer needs artwork with bleed, the exhibition organiser needs a banner file at their own specification, and the same offer has to appear on social media without looking like it came from a different company.

Nothing starts until these are in place, and the turnaround above is measured from that point — not from the moment you pay.

  • The campaign message and offer, with dates and any terms that must appear
  • The banner and print specifications from your chosen suppliers
  • Usable logo artwork and brand colours
  • Any photographs you want used, at print resolution and cleared for use

What's not included

Just as plainly as the list above: the things this package is not.

  • Printing and banner production. We do not print, order or pay for anything physical, and we do not receive or ship goods. You appoint a printer and pay them directly.
  • Banner hardware, stands, display equipment and delivery of any of it
  • Copywriting from scratch. We edit lightly for fit; writing the campaign message is an add-on.
  • Advertising and boosting spend, paid to the platform by you
  • Stock photography and font licences, bought in your own name
  • Distribution, leaflet drops, venue bookings and exhibition fees

Anything outside the scope above is quoted separately, in writing, before it is carried out. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

FAQs

Who prints the flyers and produces the banner?

You do, through a supplier of your choosing. We build the artwork to their written specification and hand you the files. Stream Edge is a remote digital business: we do not print, we hold no stock, we take no delivery and we ship nothing to anyone.

Can you write the campaign wording for us?

Not within this price. We edit what you supply so it fits the layouts and reads consistently across the set. Writing the campaign message from a briefing is available as an add-on, quoted before it starts.

We need this before an event date. Can you commit?

Tell us the deadline before you buy and we say yes or no honestly. The timeframe assumes the wording, photographs and supplier specifications arrive at the start and that feedback comes back within two working days. Printing time is separate and is set by your printer, not by us.

What if we do not like the concept?

One concept is included at this price, with two revision rounds that can change a great deal within it. If the direction is wrong altogether, a second concept is quoted as a separate fee. Work already presented is not refunded.

Refund & cancellation

What happens if you change your mind, and what happens to money already paid.

Cooling-off before work starts
You have 7 days after ordering to cancel while work has not yet begun. Up to 25% may be retained to cover scoping and scheduling already carried out.
Work already done
Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed against the work completed and the deliverables already handed over — the list under “what you get” above is what that assessment is made against. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If we cannot deliver what is described here
You are refunded. The scope on this page is the scope we are held to, which is exactly why the exclusions above are stated before you buy rather than after.
